Azzurra Del Rey, a luxury residential high-rise in Marina Del Rey famous for its 1960s collection of art and beautiful marina views approached The Aura Group to design its web presence. azzurra needed a way for potential purchasers to peruse available residences, complete with views and amenities, with the click of a button. Aura determined potential home buyers would shop by three main factors: Floor artist, Views from the residences and Floor number).
A site was constructed which allowed shoppers to examine each residence by clicking on a 3d rendering of the building and floor plate, by residential views or by artist collection. The complete site was feed via one database to make certain all the information on the site was current and timely.
The results speak for themselves: Azzurra sold out 90% of their inventory within one year of launching their site.
