Your Role and Responsibilities at The Aura Group:

• Must collaborate with project managers, designers and other team members regarding requirement specification, feasibility analysis, engineering analysis and launch planning.
• The ability to estimate an assigned project plan/task.
• The ability to interface with clients as needed to facilitate project goals while keeping on budget.
• The ability to take ownership of a project and take direction when needed.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of Flash development experience on major Flash Projects
• Mastery of ActionScript 3.0 and object oriented programming
• Experience with OOD, Classes & SVN Repositories
• Experience with XML and Flash, including validation and error checking
• Flash Communication, Media Server and Remoting a positive
• Comprehensive understanding of web browsers and front end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• BS/MS in Computer Science desirable

Personal Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to work well with other teams including Engineers and Creative/User Experience Teams.
• Must have experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use XML and server side technologies
• Must have in-depth experience in leading creative aspects of web design and interactive projects
• Solid understanding of web production processes, key roles and human-computer interaction principles
